DOCKMASTER
The Dockmaster holds an important role with the Enchant team. Reporting to the Production Site Manager as a member of our onsite Production Team, the Dockmaster will be responsible for overseeing all receiving, unloading, and loading of our event shipments. Leading a team of forklift operators and loaders, they will ensure the safe and timely marshaling of all materials, equipment, and assets into and out of the event site, keep our loading and staging areas clean and organized, and maintain control of our trailer movements by coordinating directly with our shipping partners. While working in conjunction with other team leads, the Dockmaster will coordinate the schedule of forklift requirements for all parties.
