Job Description:

Primary duties and responsibilities:
 
• Help the taquería leader prepare authentic Mexican dishes and any other necessary task.
• Keep the line presentable, fresh, well decorated and full.
• Prepare the sauces, place in the salsa bar and prepare the fresh waters.
• Prepare fruit cocktails and corn tortillas made ​​by hand.
• Elaborate the preparation prior to production.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Implement the guidelines established by the Health Service to clean and sanitize.
• Clean, give rotation to the products and organize the refrigerator.
• Ensure that all condiments and cutlery are available to the client.
• Constantly cleaning the taquería tables’ area.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Perform any other task assigned by the store manager.

Job Requirements:
 
• 1 year experience in the area of taquería, restaurant or kitchen.
• Ability to read at the eighth grade level.
• Basic knowledge of mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
• Knowledge of the weight and volume measurements.
• Ability to follow instructions and multitasking.
• Manual skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to flex, kneel, bend and stoop.
• Ability to work at different temperatures (hot and cold).
• Ability to do repetitive movements.
