MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be a Blessing to the Hospice community.
  • Professionally monitor and lead employees within branch.
  • Ensure branch is in compliance with department policies and procedures.
  • Ensure branch is in compliance with state, federal, Joint Commission, and any other regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist PSTs when necessary
  • Drive vehicles in a safe and proper manner.
  • Assist in upkeep of warehouse, stocking, and inventory management.
  • Identify areas of concern and report to senior management.
  • Attend training and in-service events
  • Demonstrates knowledge of equipment functions, use, and maintenance.
  • Monitor and report complaints
  • Train and counsel employees, when necessary.
  • Knowledge of company mission and vision statements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years DME experience
  • Exemptee License or Exemptee eligible
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Handles pressure well
  • Ability to manage, support, and make decisions regarding warehouse
  • Great customer service skills
  • Knowledgeable on all Horizon Oxygen equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Understands and demonstrates how to “Be a Blessing”
