Job Description:
The Wealth Planning Associate is responsible for assisting our wealth planners in strengthening the relationship between Stone Oak Wealth Management, the wealth planner, and clients who need advice oncomplex financial situations. The wealth planning process includes supporting wealth planners, cultivating referral relationships, supporting client relationships based on the needs of the clients, and working directly with clients to assess and advise on complex wealth planning topics.
Responsibilities:
- This list is not exhaustive and may include other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor to this role.
- Serve as support for assigned clients, driving data gathering and data entry of client information and implementation of recommendations from the Wealth Planner.
- Work closely with the Advisor Team and Client Service Team to ensure best-in-class client service.
- Act as a point of contact for clients.
- Preparation of assigned prospective proposals and client review presentations.
- Participate in client review meetings.
- Utilize CRM to capture notes and instructions for the team following meetings and calls; delegate tasks, as needed.
- Providing post-meeting email summaries for assigned clients/prospects.
- Providing exceptional ongoing client support by handling day-to-day service requests.
- Being a backup for the Client Service Associate and assisting the Client Service Associate with client service tasks.
- Comply with all industry rules and regulations along with firm policies.
- Active Participation in the EOS meetings that are assigned and being prepared with issues and keeping an 80% completion rate with weekly to-dos and quarterly rocks.
- Create and maintain books & records.
- Data gathering and entry for wealth planning, client relationship management, and paperwork.
- Preparation of proposals, reviews, and marketing materials.
- May review the client’s financial statements, legal documents, and other data
- Perform other duties as assigned
