We are assisting  An AI Company find AI Trainers to help improve the relevance of search engine results. No experience required. In this role, you'll work on a long-term search evaluation project focused on understanding user intent and search result relevance.

Expected pay amount
17.00 USD Per Hour

Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Our ideal candidates will be tech savvy and able to closely follow written instructions. They will also have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, so people with experience as a customer service representative, administrative assistant, medical assistant, receptionist, or retail associate are encouraged to apply.


This role will be performed on-site at our client’s Uptown Central San Antonio office. 



Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and grade search results based on your knowledge of US English and culture to enhance the relevance of search evaluations.
• Analyze user intent behind search queries to optimize search result grading.

Requirements

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, no prior experience required.
• Tech-savvy, with a preference for candidates familiar with Mac operating systems.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow directions and perform time-sensitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Able to commute to San Antonio, TX (near the airport) and work in-office, Monday - Friday, from 8AM to 5PM.
