Standards and Evaluation Analyst


As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen AND an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.


We are seeking an experienced Standards and Evaluation Analyst to oversee the standardization efforts across mission essential task areas. The ideal candidate will manage the documentation and tracking of standardization processes, assist with technical tasks, and develop force development programs for weapon system crews.


Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Standards and Evaluation Analyst: Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided.  Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.


Standards and Evaluation Analyst Responsibilities Include:  
•    Facilitate, guide, track, and document standardization efforts across mission essential task areas.
•    Manage standardization documentation including tool configurations, local job guides, checklists, training materials, training task lists, analysis worksheets, and crew aids.
•    Assist with completing technical tasks and achieving standardization by providing templates, context, and best practices.
•    Ensure that all standardization materials are up-to-date and effective.
•    Develop and implement the weapon system crew force development program.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and improve crew performance. 
•    Performs other job-related duties as assigned


Standards and Evaluation Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:  
•    Minimum of three years of experience as a standards and evaluations analyst.
•    Strong understanding of standardization processes and documentation.
•    Ability to provide technical assistance and develop effective training and standardization materials.
•    Experience in developing force development programs and collaborating with various stakeholders. 
•    Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
