Cashier

Job Title: Arcade Cashier

Job Overview: Cashiers work to provide customers with fast and friendly service while ensuring accuracy at the counter. Cashiers generally take orders, ring them up on a register, collect payments and make change, and issue receipts. Cashiers are often asked to help with other tasks around the place of business during their downtime. The ideal candidate will be TABC certified and possess a food handler's license.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Welcome all guests and always maintain a friendly attitude.
• Respond to questions and provide assistance whenever necessary.
• Help guests operate machines.
• Operate computer, scanner, printer, cash registers, and other electronics.
• Accept payments and provide a receipt to every guest.
• Provide reports to management.
• Assist with promotions upon request.
• Run errands for management as needed.
• Ensure compliance with TABC regulations and food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and arcade area.
• Monitor guests to ensure they are following arcade rules and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must be TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certified.
• Must have a valid food handler's license.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Great interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.
• Outgoing, friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving at a fast pace.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be over the age of 21
