Globe Life is seeking a manager for our San Antonio office team. The role entails leading all critical business accounts and managing client relationships positively. The manager will address client issues and answer inquiries.

The ideal candidate should have experience in developing new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. A strong background in cross-functional roles, particularly in customer service and product development, is crucial to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities include:
  • ย Managing customer accounts, developing new business, negotiating contracts, and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet quotas and maintain client satisfaction with products and services.
  • Ensuring customer solutions are delivered timely and successfully according to their needs and objectives.

Requirements:
  • Background in sales or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
